The inspiration for the dinner was our Skinner Estate Mourvèdre tasted during a recent Pip Trip! to Skinner.  The most fitting chef partner was an easy call: Brad Cecchi of Canon. Brad has continually championed Skinner wines, local farmers & heritage breed animals on the Canon menu. The multi-course dinner will also feature a Navajo-Churro spring lamb, bred, born & raised in Dixon.
